Agnieszka Pomaska will moderate the panel discussion “United for Ukraine – The Role of Parliamentary Diplomacy in Building European Security and Resilience,” to be held as part of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk.
The discussion will bring together representatives of the Parliament of Ukraine, the Parliament of Poland, and the European Parliament. It will focus on the role of parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening European security, enhancing societal resilience, and supporting Ukraine on its path towards membership in the European Union.
One of the central themes of the debate will be the importance of cooperation among democratic nations in the face of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine and the growing security challenges confronting Europe. Participants will also examine how partnerships developed through parliamentary engagement can foster dialogue, build mutual trust, and advance effective collective action in pursuit of shared objectives.
The Ukraine Recovery Conference is one of the foremost international events dedicated to Ukraine’s future and its European integration. The programme will place particular emphasis on security, reconstruction, and enhanced cooperation among European partners.
The panel discussion will take place on 25 June at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk.
