A meeting of the Team for clarifying the circumstances and consequences of the sale of Lotos Group S.A.’s assets and property, chaired by MP Agnieszka Pomaska, was held at the Sejm on Thursday (25.05).

Present at the meeting, in addition to parliamentarians from the Civic Coalition, were Janusz Steinhoff – former deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Economy, Dr. Dariusz Wieczorek – assistant professor at the Department of Corporate Finance at the University of Gdansk, and attorney Slawomir Staszak – legal counsel representing the minority shareholders of Lotos Group in the case concerning the annulment of the resolution on the merger between PKN Orlen and Lotos Group.
