2026-04-14

Agnieszka Pomaska participated in the AGS Frontiers Forum in Tampa, Florida, United States, where she represented the Chancellery of the Parliament of the Republic of Poland and took part in international discussions devoted to contemporary security challenges.

The conference addressed, inter alia, hybrid threats, cybersecurity issues, as well as disinformation and influence operations, which constitute an increasingly serious challenge for European states and their partners.

During the event, Agnieszka Pomaska co-chaired a panel on the real-world impacts of hybrid warfare. She also delivered a presentation entitled “I Can See Russia from My House,” outlining the perspective of living in a region situated in the immediate vicinity of threats posed by Russia.

Participation in the forum provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with partners from the United States and Europe. It was emphasized that contemporary security encompasses not only military matters, but also the resilience of cities, infrastructure, and societies, and that effective responses to threats require close international cooperation.
