Chairs of EU Affairs Committees Meet in Tallinn to Discuss Security and Cooperation

2025-10-06

On October 6, a meeting of the Chairs of the European Union Affairs Committees of the parliaments of the Baltic States took place in Tallinn, with the participation of representatives from the Nordic countries, as well as Poland and Germany.

The event was attended by Agnieszka Pomaska, Chair of the Sejm’s European Union Affairs Committee. The discussions focused on cybersecurity, threats related to hybrid warfare, and future cooperation within EU forums. As participants emphasized, the most interesting conversations took place informally — in a particularly good and friendly atmosphere.

By acclamation, Gdańsk was chosen as the host city for the next meeting.
