Member of the Gdańsk City Council from 2002-2009, Member of the Polish Parliament since 2009, Chairwoman of the European Union Affairs Committee, Vice-Chair of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Vice-President of EPP Women.

Graduate in political science at University of Gdańsk. Scholarship holder at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Department of State. Leader of the legislative initiative committee ‘Yes to In Vitro’.

In her political activities, she focuses on issues related to European integration, foreign policy, environmental protection and human rights.
