10.08.2026

Agnieszka Pomaska was a guest on the programme Strefa Politycznie Kontrolowana on Radio Gdańsk. The conversation focused mainly on the first year of Karol Nawrocki’s presidency, including issues such as presidential vetoes and Poland’s energy security.

Agnieszka Pomaska described Nawrocki’s first year in office as “a year of blocking Poland’s development” and highlighted what she sees as its ideological character. “Nawrocki has decided that he will be the president only for a selected group of people whom he wants to help win the parliamentary election.”

Speaking about energy security, Agnieszka Pomaska stressed the importance of investments in nuclear power, offshore wind and energy storage. “Energy security is no place for ideological experiments. Nuclear power, offshore wind and energy storage are investments designed to ensure that electricity reaches Polish homes regardless of the geopolitical situation.”
