A meeting with Andrzej Seweryn took place at the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk. He is a laureate of the Bronisław Geremek Award, presented on the occasion of the Day of Polish-French Friendship. Agnieszka Pomaska attended the event.
The ceremony featured laudations delivered by Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, who underscored the importance of the values underpinning the European community, including freedom, solidarity, and the courage to defend democracy.
The event served as an expression of the close cooperation and strong ties between Poland and France, as well as a reminder of the role of shared values in building a strong and united Europe.
