Two new hydrographic survey vessels to be built under the SAFE program me

Despite President Karol Nawrocki’s veto of the legislation concerning the SAFE programme, the first vessels financed under the programme are already being built in Gdańsk. Hydrographic survey vessels are currently under construction at Remontowa Shipyard, strengthening Poland’s security and maritime capabilities in the Baltic Sea.

A new bill will now be submitted to the Sejm, aimed at accelerating further investments to strengthen Poland’s security and capabilities in the Baltic. Will the President decide to sign it?
