On 28–30 November, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean took place in Cairo, with the participation of a delegation from the Polish Sejm, including MP Agnieszka Pomaska and MP Gabriel Patryk.
During the meeting of the Committee on Women, MP Pomaska emphasized that supporting women’s rights is not only a matter of social justice – it is also a condition for economic resilience, innovative capacity, and long-term security.
The delegation represented Poland in discussions on regional cooperation, equality, and the key challenges facing the Mediterranean region.
