On 12 November, Agnieszka Pomaska met with Heikki Autto, Chair of the Defence Committee of the Parliament of Finland. The discussion focused on Polish–Finnish cooperation in the field of security and defence, which—given the current geopolitical situation—is crucial for the stability of the whole of Europe.
During the meeting, they addressed topics such as cooperation within NATO, the exchange of experience in defence policy, and joint efforts to strengthen security in the Baltic Sea region.
Agnieszka Pomaska emphasized that dialogue and cooperation between Poland and Finland are not only necessary today, but essential in order to effectively respond to the challenges facing both countries and their allies.
Cooperation between our countries in the field of security is now a matter of key importance.
