Agnieszka Pomaska participated on 25th and 26th of March in a meeting of delegations of the committees on European affairs of the national Parliaments of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, which took place in Riga.
It was an opportunity to exchange of views on the agenda of the forthcoming COSAC meeting in Copenhagen, scheduled on 22-24 April 2012 which will be dedicated to the subject of EU Single Market and Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in Europe.
In addition, discussions were focused on the impact of the Treaty on stability, coordination and governance in the economic and monetary union on the future of EU. Other related topics covered the multiannual financial framework for next period and common agricultural policy.
