A vote of confidence for the government of Donald Tusk

Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Wednesday in parliament a vote of confidence in the government. Coalition supported by 237 deputies. Earlier, Prime Minister presented information about the phone hacking scandal that threatens the fundamental interests of the state, and its background is the coal trade on a large scale. 

He stressed that without the mandate of the parliament the government would not be effective either in explaining the affair, nor in realizing the interests of the country.

„I have a simple plan that will largely depend on the High Chamber. We need certainty beyond the Polish borders, the Polish state operates efficiently and can deal with this custom, a serious crisis that the Polish government has a mandate arising from the election and the parliamentary majority, on the eve of negotiations in Brussels „- he stressed.

Later this week, Donald Tusk will attend the European Union summit in Brussels.
